I have worked with Sailwind Construction on three renovation projects for the past two and half years. Christi has done a fantastic job over that time and has an impressive knowledge of construction. For every project, she was very thorough in understanding the scope of work and did a great job of budgeting (came in under budget). She takes the time to ensure that she gets the best sub-contractors for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Sailwind Construction for any construction needs.

We had 2 bathrooms updated with granite countertops, new sinks, a walk-in shower and tiled walls. They did a wonderful job on both bathrooms. It was quality work at a very reasonable price. There was just one miscommunication and they immediately addressed the problem. We selected Sailwind after seeing what a wonderful job they did on a neighbor's house. Since then we found out they had done similar work on a friend's house. Both had the same level of work and satisfaction. We highly recommend Sailwind!

0 accountability when things go wrong! Roughly 2 years ago I was looking for a company to remodel my mother’s home in NE Pensacola. During the bid process I was told by one of the contractors to be wary of choosing the contractor with the lowest bid. According to his logic, while the cheapest contractor might still do good work, the level of micromanagement required to get quality work out of him/her would negate the savings. Unfortunately I chose not to listen to his advice and hired Sailwind. I quickly developed the opinion that Christi Colabianchi has little understanding of the methods involved in performing actual labor. Her main sub James Tice confided in me that she was overwhelmed (he showed zero integrity when I brought this up to her). This, coupled with her lack of time on

You can't trust this woman. I made a big mistake getting envolved with her on a project and i would never recomend her to anyone. She do not know what she is doing, she will lie at your face like its nothing. Do yourself a favor and Stay away from Sailwind Construction and Christi Colabianchi.
