Saks Garage

It’s a cheap “Parking” space, plain and simple. Moreover, directly across the street from United bldg., but lacks space for bigger type vehicles. I’m not saying you can’t fit, just be wary of that when choosing a “Parking garage”, as the Star is more modern. Note: car is dirty (your observant eyes don’t fool you), from long drive from GA to TX. 😄

I don't believe in leaving a negative review unless I think it's absolutely warranted. I was recently encouraged by the sight of security officers being posted inside the parking garage. I even saw a fancy security truck stationed on the first floor for deterrence, but frankly, I'm troubled by the fact that every single officer I've seen has been sitting and scrolling on their devices (phones). Every single one. I've yet to see just one officer not distracted by their phones. They're usually sitting between both entrances and totally mesmerized by their devices. Why do business with a security company who can not honor the very thing it was contracted to do? How often are these officers making rounds, because it seems the chair they sit on is attached to their bottoms and their devices su

This garbage is one of many in Houston with such a good view and a great place to take photos. Drive all the way to the top and you have a great view of downtown and the photos come out amazing!

Homeless people and criminals break into your vehicles. This is the second time they have broken into my vehicle. It smells like urine 24/7 everywhere. There is no security. It is very narrow inside of the garage when driving into it and on each floor. And it’s just. Not safe at night.

Very nice parking garage. The price is very reasonable for downtown at $10. You can pay via a QR code or download the app. The QR was very simple. I did a recent photography session with a client and it went very well. We stayed a little later than most and the garage attendant was extremely nice and informed us he would be closing off the top level with a big truck in about 20min giving us ample time to finish, pack up, and get out. Extremely professional imo. I'll definitely be back.
