Wow! Working with Eric and his crew was an absolute pleasure. I live in Florida but my mom needed a tub to shower conversion in her home up in Ohio, so I was working over the phone getting quotes and vetting contractors. After a few bad experiences we found Salem Custom Remodeling, and they saved the day! Eric had the best price, no pressure sales tactics and he and his crew were very pleasant to my mom while doing the work. These guys are the real deal and I highly recommend them. Eric with Salem Remodeling did an awesome job on replacing the bathroom door and door frame in my mom’s condo in Salem. We live out of town and he communicated with us every couple of days on the status of the material and also on which day he could come over to do the work. He even changed the appointment based off of our schedule as needed.The quality of his work was excellent and everything matches perfectly when he was done. He covered up items in bathroom during work to limit the mess and he also did a great job of cleaning up after his work was complete. I would recommend him on any small or large job that is needed done. His prices were very reasonable and no surprises afterwards .. what he quoted is what it cost!

I recently hired Eric and his team to remodel part of our basement. They transformed a dingy garage into two beautiful bedrooms. They also added a bathroom which required a lot of work since it wasn’t plumbed for one. Eric always communicated with me about the project and would return a call or text in a timely manner. His crew also kept me filled in on the progress. I felt comfortable having them in my home regardless of whether I was home or not. My husband and I are very happy with the finished product. Eric did an amazing job getting my parents new shower installed. He was fast and efficient. Great communication…He even came back to check on it and help my mom adjust it as needed.
