Salt City Swords Fencing Club

This club is a great place for kids and also adults to have an experience in unique types of sport like fencing and archery: my son (13 ) and I myself had experience in both and loved it . Instructors are very dedicated professionals who help students to be successful and enjoy it.

Ethan was an excellent teacher. He built our confidence and helped me try to beat my son. He was fun to work with as well as watch Ethan’s fencing since he nationally ranked. We will come again since my son is so busy in college, it’s a chance to connect.

This is an amazing place for kids to learn and have fun! Patient, fun teachers that know what they’re doing. We’ve even done a birthday party here for 10 year olds, and it was a hit!

Idea of trying out fencing came out of nowhere to me but somehow I had a really good feeling about it. Actual experience exceed my expectations. All of the instructors were great - very patient, clear in instruction and super encouraging. I immediately felt like at home and all of the students were very welcoming and friendly. Now I am absolutely hooked on fencing and I look forward to coming here every week!

I participated in Salt City Swords adult continuing education course through the University of Utah. Fantastic experience! The instructors are effective, fun, and engaging. They did an excellent job blending fitness, theory, history, and practical tactics. Lots of equipment for every shape and size. Warm and inviting environment. I'll be back.
