They came and installed my new sysyem quickly. Cost me over 7,000 to get the system put in, and i paid in full as soon as the work was done. My duct from the floor to my package unit that they installed keeps falling off. I have called and tried to get them to fix it. I keep having to go under the house and put new zip ties on and reattach it every few weeks to couple months. At this point after a year of trying to get them to come fix it right, I would not recommend them to anyone.
Could not have been a better experience. I was so pleased with the out come and would recommend them to anyone . Matt and his team was so nice and it was a pleasure to do business with. Matt seemed as if he was a professional. Thank you Salters for tending to this matter promptly.
Three years ago when we switched our air over to heat, our unit went out. They were quick to come out, give me an estimate to have a new unit installed, and provide that service in a prompt, professional manner. I highly recommend Salter's Heating and Air!
