I can’t say enough great things about Sam Cline and his Handyman Services! I called Sam last minute after my contractor canceled on the day of my water heater install. Sam responded right away and was able to do the job the same day I called - something that’s hard to find these days. Not only did he replace the water heater quickly and efficiently, but he also went above and beyond with first-class service from start to finish. Sam’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for his customers truly set him apart. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and skilled. Going forward, Sam will be my go-to for any repairs, installations, or renovation projects. Highly recommend!

I want to give a shout-out to Sam Cline for his outstanding service. He helped me with my fallen shutters, replacing missing screws on others that were about to come loose. Perfectly fixed a problem I’d been having for almost a year. Pricing is uncontested. Needed some soffit vents replaced and the job was too small for roofers and many other handyman services I consulted didn’t know how to properly fix the problem. Sam had a team out to my house within 30 minutes of contacting him and completed the job in under an hour. Sam will be getting called for all other home repair tasks I have and I would 100% recommend him to everyone. He’s also just a pleasant man that I’m glad I got to share a bit of conversation with.

Due to the storm damage across the area, I was having a hard time getting someone to perform a simple siding repair. Mr. Klein replied to my message quickly, and conducted the repair in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with the repair/cost and will be contacting him for any other handyman repairs I may require around the house.

Sam is an honest and straightforward handyman. We had some problem with our fascia, I called him and he came to make some assessment, then schedule the next day early in the morning. He is one of rare to find people, that he really came on time. He and his team fix my problem in no time with affordable cost.
