Sam & Ivan The Chimney Guys

I hired Sam and Ivan to remove my existing chimney and huge fireplace, then patch it back up. Their crew did an excellent job. They were able to work around my solar panels so that I didn't have to pay to have the panels removed. I had some extra siding which they were able to use to match my existing siding (saving me further carpentry bills), and they matched my roof shingles perfectly. Fantastic communication throughout the process, as we weren't home while the job was being done, so they sent us photos every day. They worked quickly and efficiently and also did a great job cleaning up after themselves when the job was done, not an easy feat when you're destroying a fireplace. I would recommend this company for all of your chimney needs.

We did a fair amount of research before selecting Sam and Ivan to do our chimney and damper repairs and line two of the flues in our 322 year old home. They had amazing reviews so we felt comfortable we made the right choice. From start to finish they have been professional, knowledgeable and prompt in all their communication. They show up when scheduled; their crew is polite and they are extremely neat and respectful of your home taking precautions to limit dust, debris or soot.You wouldn’t even know they were in your house when the job is done. Glad they will be servicing our chimney each year as we know we are in capable hands!

After other Chimney vendors tried to wrangle me for all I was worth, I looked to Sam and Ivan and I'm glad I did. For a fair and simple price they conducted an inspection of my chimney and if any work was needed they would apply the low fee to the work. Sam identified a # of issues and took pictures to run me through what needed to be done. Their prices were very competitive and fair. Work was done within two weeks and took a full day. Sam also gave me some great suggestions on what I could do to improve fireplace longterm and potentially save on heating... I look forward to recommending them and using them again. They saved my chimney from longterm damage!

I called Sam & Ivan the Chimney Guys because we had bricks from our chimney fall out onto the roof and ground. Ivan came to the house that day. He climbed up on the roof and took pictures of the chimney. He also checked the chimney flue and told us that it was in good shape. He explained why the bricks were breaking off and falling and what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed estimate that was the most reasonable , detailed, well-explained, and affordable. They came at the scheduled appointment time and were very professional and courteous. They did an amazing job and our chimney looks great. We highly recommend Sam & Ivan the Chimney Guys for any required chimney work. We will refer them if anyone we know needs chimney work done.

I contacted Sam and Ivan and told them the problem. I needed my chimney repointed. Ivan came over and checked out the situation. He was very kind and professional. Later that evening he sent me material explaining how the chimney was cracking and what steps were needed. Shortly after he sent me an estimate. I spoke with Sam to get on their schedule. Unfortunately, it rained the day that they were coming. Sam was wonderful communicating with me and rescheduling. What a great company!! I highly recommend them and would use them again.
