I'm the property manager for several units The last thing I want to do is hire someone who would be unfair to the owner of the property Mr. McGlamory has used Sam and his grandson Chase for many years As he owns a Farm House also,... They have been kind to our tenants professional, efficient... We called him over the weekend they were there first thing Monday the unit is back up and running I can see why they are highly esteemed in the Morristown community We will be using them again Everything was done on the phone,.. Great communication

Lengthy post ahead. Let me add that I have a 10 month old baby. It is HOT in my house and has been for over a month because we have been trying to deal with this company. Ridiculous. A few months ago we called them because our unit was not cooling properly. They didn’t show the day they said they would but came the next day. They put coolant in and charged about $300. Well, it never would get below 72 degrees in the house so it obviously still isn’t cooling right. Called back and did the run around for about a week or so and then they finally came back. Said that everything is working properly and this is as good as it’s going to get. We called another place and they said no that isn’t right something is wrong with it (but they don’t work in this area). So called jarnigan back yesterday a

I can't say enough good things about Sam Jarnigan Electric. This past Saturday we had a crazy accident happen at our house. The farmer behind our house was baling hay, one of the hay bales rolled down the hill and dead centered our heat pump. This was mid day, we started calling to see if anyone could help us. They guys showed up with in 30 minutes and we had a whole new unit installed by that evening. It would have been quicker but it came a terrible storm during this time and they had to wait for it to pass. The guys that did the work were so nice and didn't complain at all, working in the 90 degree heat. I highly recommend this company.

We tried to visit this location only to find that it was closed during business hours. We called the next day and spoke with him. He told us he didn't have a receptionist and that they were working on a job. He stated for us to meet him at 5pm and he would help us with the part we needed. We waited an hour and a half for him. Called 4 times and never heard anything back. We took our business elsewhere. So should you! If zero stars was an option that is what we would give!

They do good work and are nice guys but their communication is horrible. They will tell they will be there at a certain time/day, then not show up or call. They have done this to me several times. I understand things happen to change plans but don’t leave me expecting a visit with no call.
