Sam Jin is all about roofing and related supplies. I love their selection and expertise, as opposed to the big box stores. I have been going to them for my supply needs for many years. For contractors, they offer rooftop delivery.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to return the roofing material rejected by my customer. They refunded all of the unopened material without hassle and even picked up from the roof and no complaints . That's good service. I will be back knowing that they will support me. It was through no fault of them.

I completely understand that it was explained to my contractor that roof turbines aren’t returnable if opened. I just don’t understand the policy. I tried returning even though the box was slightly opened and they declined my return. If you ever want to know why Amazon is beating local companies, it’s because of absurd, strict return policies at Sam Jin’s General Supply.

Flatbed trucks get unloaded out in the street. I was worried about blocking the bike lane but the forklift driver unloaded me in 10 minutes and I was out of there. Thank you for unloading me so quick.
