Highly professional, excellent service from start to finish! We had our roof reshingled with additional replacement of old skylights. Mr. Hebert walked us through the process and answered all questions to our satisfaction. He was patient while we picked out the shingle and skylight shade colors, and provided us with a well written and detailed estimate the same day of his initial visit! Emailed communication on every aspect of the job. The construction crew was outstanding, arriving on time and they worked very hard all day to complete our project by the end of the day. They left our house and yard meticulously clean. I highly recommend Sam Karam & Sons to anyone that needs work done on their home!

I have to say that Sam Karam has got to be one of the best contractors I’ve worked with. They did amazing work, they even got the thumbs up from my previous contractor Who no longer does that kind of work. The material they use is five star, the work they do is five star, and even the sales people and office people are five star. No matter what I needed. They listen to what I had to say, they were very understanding with any requests that I had. And I can’t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend. Sam Karam replaced a roof , gutters and gutter guards. The workers were excellent, respectful and careful with shrubs and property. They used quality shingles and work was directed and monitored by an experienced foreman. Excellent work by a company that is easy to work and communicate with.

I'm very pleased with the work Sam Karam & Sons did house installing my new gutters. They were done in a few hours and the crew was very nice. I recommend them for gutter replacement.
