I reached out to Sam after I was told an install could not be done and the dishwasher was left in the middle of my living room. He was at my house within two hours and was able to complete the dishwasher installation without any issues. He explained the installation process as he went along and make recommendations for parts that were needed and those I could return. Sam completed the work quickly and efficiently. Before leaving he was able to give me options for a future repair on my washing machine. It felt great to be able to work with someone kind and trustworthy. Thank you for the fantastic service.

After speaking by phone to multiple repair company receptionists who couldn’t give us an estimate to replace a blown thermal fuse in our GE electric dryer, we were so relieved to get a clear answer when we called Sam the Man. Prior repairman from a different company claimed a part was faulty when it was not and wanted $129 for the part and $300 for the labor and left the dryer dissembled while ordering the part and didn’t come back when promised.
