They recently installed beautiful areca palms in my yard, and when I noticed the palms were starting to turn brown, I reached out to them right away. The owner himself came out as soon as he could to personally assess the situation. He quickly identified that there was an issue with the sprinkler distance and provided clear, specific instructions on how to resolve it. What really impressed me was how he went above and beyond — he brought his entire crew over to carefully hand prune the browned branches and fertilize the palms to give them the best chance to thrive. Probably one of the best experiences I have had when dealing with outside contractors. They went over and above at every step of the way, listened to our questions and had options to answer every one of them. They finished a complete overhaul of our yard including underground sprinklers, new flower beds, and lighting in less than three days. Thoroughly impressed and would recommend to anyone.

As a contractor in construction, I can testify to the poor and lacking professional behaviors from the office to the field. Expressing a reasonable deadline, I requested a clean out of planter beds, removing stone and replacing with same. Instead, Santiago likely was told to evaluate THE WHOLE property and drew up an invoice of what I did not indicate. Further, there was zero response to address simply adjusting the invoice to include only what I needed. Instead 3 days were lost on a tight but possible schedule! Precious time that effects all other things that come after, for sure. Instead of lighting a fire, Florencia kept a laid back attitude in place, harping on an email address, when the invoice correction should have been her primary focus. My deadline is TODAY, to which she laughed
