Excellent experience! I called on a monday morning at 10:00am and one of the technicians answered right away. He was very friendly and advised me of their estimate visit policy. The visit and estimate is $55 but that is waived if you choose to have them fix it. They said they would arrive before 12 and were at my house at 11:15 Very quick service so far I was very impressed. I was still a bit worried because these kind of issues can be price and some companies can be rude and unfair. This was not the case at all. Right away the technicians greeted me and got right to fixing the problem. They were good at communicating what was wrong with the fridge and estimating the total cost to fix.
