My sectional couch was cleaned by this company, the tech who came out was very polite and professional. Looked at the couch and explained to me what had to be done to get it cleaned and cleaned right. I approved everything, he started finished within an hour and my couch was looking better! I waited for it to dry and I am happy with the outcome of the cleaning. My couch looks and smells clean. :)
