From the moment I called, Kenny was friendly, knowledgeable,quick to respond and he came out in a timely manner and explained everything clearly. He not only removed the raccoons safely, but also inspected the entire property and sealed potential entry points to prevent future problems. I really appreciated the focus on humane solutions and treating the little critters with respect. Highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with wildlife issues its hard to find this kind of care and professionalism in today's world. This company is the BEST Wildlife Removal company there is their work is amazing. I had a Raccoon in my attic and they came out so quick and got the problem handled Quick and efficiently. Highly recommend, Kenny answered and got me in immediately. A lot of companies won’t even return your call and if they do they take forever to assist you. I was happy with the his work and knowledge of raccoons. I would definitely call him again for any wild life needs.

I worked with this company a year ago, with the intent of securing my attic and trapping a family of racoons that had made it their home. To their credit, they trapped and removed multiple raccoons. To their discredit, they never solved the root cause - they actually never even tried to seal access the attic. When raccoons stopped being caught in the traps they provided, it took them 6 weeks to move the trap, and only did so after many emails and voicemails. They were difficult to get a hold of, and never seemed interested in my business. I repeatedly asked for a quote to move forward on next steps to secure my attic, and they never provided a quote.
