I had a pleasure to work with Sammamish Remodel. They remodeled my master bathroom, but there is nothing that they can’t do. They replaced the window in my bathroom, installed floor heating, added extra outlets and lights, moved the fence to allow for gas meter replacement, and worked with another company to install a full house generator. They are professionals and have well defined steps for the whole process. We discussed my needs, provided a list of materials that they acquired and shipped to my house, and after that they started the work. I often hear people complain about remodels and contractors, but we had a great experience with Sammamish Remodel & Custom Build. We had a big project - we added on rooms to all three floors of our house, including expanding the kitchen and adding a bathroom. We lived in a separate part of the house while the construction was happening. The team was always working hard and respectful of our property. They double checked our preferences along the way. The office staff was really easy to communicate with. Was it a pain to be without a kitchen for a while? Ummm... yes. But was it worth it now that it is behind us? Absolutely. This is the fourth, yes 4th, contract I've had with SRCB and they're amazing! Two significant remodels and two smaller remodels. I've done my comparables, and they always come out on top both (price & quality). I also appreciate the flexibility to change things as we're going. Highly recommended.
