To say I'm impressed is an understatement. I wish I would have taken a before pic. We thought they had seen better days and a good cleaning would be a slight improvement. Instead, they removed every terrible eye sore that had taken away from our cozy little home. They were fast and professional and very friendly. I will definitely be using them in the future

Had Sammy Steamer steam clean our personal and rental units and, wow, what a difference it made for us!!! The units are wall to wall carpeting in every room (besides kitchen). Our long time tenants are great, but have pets (we love them). Needless to say, any traffic, human or pet, generates dirt, dust, waste, etc. As a simple gesture of our appreciation for them being great tenants, we wanted to give back and thought that it would be a win-win for both parties. In the end, that's exactly what it was, they are very happy, and so are we. Thank you, Sammy Steamer- we really appreciate your service!

ON TIME ! that doesn't happen anymore. Did a great job today, was professional in his conversation and worked quickly. Our family room carpet is light colored, right off the deck, and takes a beating. It really came out much better than what I expected. The other two bedroom were also looking good after they were completed. We had another space done by him for a very reasonable extra cost. We will keep his number handy and would recommend him to our friends.

We were very happy with Sammy Steamer. We had 3 bedrooms, a hallway and the stairs cleaned. They arrived on time and were very professional. Also, we were extremely pleased with their customer service when we made our appointment and when we had questions about the service. Highly recommend them!

Very hard to get in touch with the company to schedule an appointment, I called multiple times, and ultimately had to facebook message them to get response. I did a groupon deal but also added on deodorizer and scotch guard, as we purchased the home from animal owners. I was charged 100 dollars for the addition of these two, and from speaking to others I've found that was very steep given it was barely 400sqft that was treated. (first time home buyer perk for the company.. I didn't know any better) THE CARPETS---- Truly look amazing, we saw a change in the color given how filthy they were from the previous owners. I can say that they almost look new, I would definitely use this company again if there is another groupon, and just forego the add on's. The carpets were dry by that dinner ti
