Samples Septic Service

I don't know if it was a personal matter or not but LEVY's customer service today was horrible. We've used Samples before and know they have good people on their teams but I DEFINITELY can't stand this guy. He basically just wanted to come in and destroy my yard all for HIS CONVENIENCE. We told him where the lid to the septic was, but he wanted to dig up the middle of our yard and cobblestone pathway anyway saying there's 3 more lids that he can work out of. Saying he's been doing this FOR YEARS and he's the professional. He was just acting all high and mighty looking down at us like we're stupid or we're the problem. Yeah well, I doubt he would have fixed up our yard and cobblestones after he was done digging and pumping! He would have probably just said I need to keep it clear like that

Levi and his crew are top notch. Called Sample Septic for a drainage field replacement and replacement lid and riser, they were able to come out fast and provide an estimate for service. The price was the best of any other companies in the area. These guy went above and beyond to get my aging system back in working condition. My man driving the backhoe was surgical with thing, was able to avoid a buried power line that wasn't mark, which provided power to my shed. Glad I was able to find these guys, straight forward and honest. Price came in at the estimate price, with no up charging. Will definitely be using and recommending in the future

Absolutely exceptional service with a fair price. Levi and Jose showed up and went above and beyond. Took care of the issue and did not in any way try to come up with a bunch of unnecessary repairs to charge for like a lot of other companies do. I was very pleased. Highly recommend these guys

Completely satisfied and will be calling them if I ever need other services. I've had some issues for a while and needed an entire drain field replacement. Due to the topology and existing system placement, this required pumping uphill to a new field and aadding collection tank. They were very good at working with me and the county to place things in areas that still let me use the property for other planned projects. Pricing was close to what I had budgeted so pleased with that also. A lot of stuff was dug up but everything was graded back fairly well. I'll have minimum work getting a lawn again and the system is working perfectly so far.
