Omg! Sally and Hugo at Sam's Appliance were fantastic they helped us they walked me through my part they got me good deal they didn't try to overcharge these are good honest hard work in Napa people, I will come here again to have great appliances for sale at great prices

Needed a washer and dryer quickly. And these guys were the only ones that could come through for me. They worked with me on getting them a payment for the washer and dryer and sent it over. Within 2 hours they were hooked up and being used. Everybody was extremely generous and helpful and went over and above doing this for us. I do not believe that the reviews and score fit for this company. They don't just wake up one day and say oh I'm going to go over and above for this one customer today. I have a feeling there were some extenuating circumstances involved in some of the previous reviews. Good product great price I appreciate it.

I bought an oven part from them and the front desk lady said you can't return the part so bought the part when came home installed it, it was a used and bad part she scammed me I don't recommend this place at all. No guarantee on their service or parts.

Gifted our working Maytag electric washer and dryer pair on Facebook marketplace. They were first to respond and quick to pick up. I am happy, but 1. I hope they disclose dryer doesn't always dry to whomever they resell to as they appear to be just a reseller and not a reparman and 2. They responded as an individual, not as a store to my post, but that is how fb works I guess. (I noticed later she has several for sale posts listed in marketplace as an individual but with the business information in the fine print of the posts which is not searchable and somewhat misleading since I hate private posts getting blown up this way and wish we could filter out only items we are browsing for). 3. Bought a “repaired” dryer to save a couple bucks until we would buy a new set. It got delivered, rattled and made crazy noises. I ended up buying an $800 new one from them as a replacement. The buttons have stopped working and it stopped drying now 5 months later. They say it’s out of their 3 month warranty. I should’ve just went to Lowe’s where I would’ve got a 1 year warranty. Crazy waste of time and money.
