Sam's Club

Okay, Sam's Club is the best grocery store to shop at! First when you enter the inside the cart area the AC or Heat feels really nice especially with the temperature outside. 😂 The food is yummy but just don't eat too much because the calories are really high. There's this cleaning robot and I love it, it's chill. If you go to the bakery and ask for a cookie they will give you one and the staff is so sweet! Don't even get me started on the samples I eat all of them and I try to buy what they are advertising. Great deals and especially for buying in bulk. Thank Sam's Club! P.S in the winter they sell Girl Scout cookies outside! A great way to support Girl Scouts!

So So angry with this Sams and their customer service number also. I havd had continuous issues with my rewards dollars. At check out it says it does not recognize my membership number so I can’t use my rewards. The customer service lady at the store gives me an 800 number to call and says she is not authorized to call for me. I call that number three times! Each a different foreign person neither myself or husband understands. One hangs up on me! The last one is speaking through an AI voice over and argues that my membership has expired. I said no it renews in June! Back and forth with him we go. So after three calls after leaving the store without being able to use my 12.00 in rewards cash, I call that store back. The answer put me on hold immediately and after waiting over 10 minutes, I

Paid for a plus membership I should be able to get two at any location . This location has a lot of employees that just create a bunch of fraud accounts and buy up the pokemon. Why can’t I get two at any Sam’s Club ? They have their own rules at this location. The lady saw I got two at Sam’s in asheville .but never got them here so she refused me .

What is with the music playing, not only is it too loud, but their choice is nerve wracking. We finally had enough and just walked out buggy full. Why do we need the noise pollution when we’re trying to shop and actually need to think about purchases. How about noise free days or times, sign me up.
