Im curious! THERE'S OVER 25 CURBSIDE PARKS AND 95% OF PARKS HAVE CARS IN THEM AND NO ONE IS IN THE VEHICLE! AVERAGE TIME TO FIND A PARK IN CURBSIDE IS OVER A 15 MINUTE WAIT IF YOUR LUCKY!! TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!! THIS CURBSIDE PARKING AREA SHOLUD BE ON EAST SIDE OF BUILDING OR CONSTANTLY POLICED WHERE ITS LOCATED NOW WITH SIGNS STATING 15 MINUTE TIMED PARKING AND ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OCCUPIED AND WAITNG FOR CURBSIDE DELIVERY!! THEN POLICE CAN MAKE MONEY FOR THE CITY WRITNG VIOLATIONS!! PLEASE HELP US CURBSIDE PATRONS...GAS IS TOO HIGH TO SHOW UP FOR PICKUP TIME AND RIDE AROUND THE LOT FOR 15 MINUTES WAITING ON A PARK!! PLEASEEE! HELPPP!

OH MY GOD!! WHERE IS LOT SECURITY? My last 3 CURBSIDE PICKUP ORDERS HAVE BEEN A NIGHTMARE!! I DROVE AROUND THE LOT FOR OVER 18 MINUTES WAITING ON A PARK TO OPEN! THIS STORE HAS OVER 20 CURBSIDE PARKS AND THEY'RE ALL TAKEN BY PEOPLE WHO GO INSIDE TO SHOP?? WHERE'S SECURITY OR SOME FORM OF LAW ENFORCEMENT?? 95% OF CARS IN CURBSIDE ARE EMPTY BECAUSE THE DRIVERS ARE INSIDE! I called store manager about this and complained but it hasn't helped at all...I guess CURBSIDE PATRONS DON'T HAVE A VOICE OR A PLACE TO PARK?? THIS CURBSIDE AREA WAS A POOR DESIGN!! MOST STORES HAVE CURBSIDE ON THE SIDE OF THEIR BUILDING RATHER THAN DIRECTLY IN FRONT! PLEASE CONSIDER THE EAST SIDE OF BUILDING FOR CURBSIDE OR POLICE THE AREA FOR PATRONS WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT CURBSIDE MEANS AND THERE'S A LOT OF THEM!! YOU PAY

This Sams is always out of stock when it comes to certain items like Red Bull, Monster, dog beds just to name a few and long lines to check out and leave. A couple of Sundays ago the line for checking receipts before walking out store was from the exit doors all the way to the restrooms . Ridiculous! I have never experienced this at any other Sams and I’ve been to many as i travel for work. Corporate needs to be notified about all the complaints poor management at its finest here.

There needs to be better monitoring of the curbside pickup area. If customers are not actively picking up orders, they should not be allowed to park in curbside spaces. When I arrived to pick up my order, all available spaces were taken, yet several vehicles were unoccupied and clearly not waiting for curbside service. This has become increasingly frustrating. Sam’s needs to do a better job monitoring these spaces and enforcing proper use, including towing vehicles when necessary.

If you plan on placing a pickup order to save time don’t. I placed an order for pickup between 4 and 5. When I arrived at 4:30 it said order delayed and I asked an associate about it she said they were still collecting my items in the club. I only ordered 10 items. I waited until 5:25 for the order to be ready. I sat waiting until 5:50 for it to come to my car. While I waited I tried to call the club to see if there was anything I could do to cancel my order and there was no answer all 4 times I called. This place needs to set limits to how many pick up orders are slotted her hour.
