Ample parking in the lot. Also plenty of handicap parking. When you enter there are plenty of carts and also motorized chair options. They have a designated loading area for pick up outside the store.. customer service is right at the door. The store is well organized with each section labeled. The employees are friendly. There is a unmanned robot that cleans the floors, however it is very cautious around people. There is a fresh orange juice machine. The prices are well displayed above the items. There are a plethora of prepared foods. There is a pharmacy , vision center, and hearing center. T-Mobile has a booth in the store. Visited this store to do my monthly shopping. The store was sparkly clean and well organized. The few employees that I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. I feel like the prices are reasonable. When entering the store, be ready to show your Sams club card to enter. There are several self checkouts and several checkouts with cashiers. I never have to wait in a checkout line because there are plenty open. I enjoyed shopping here and will be back. Definitely recommend. 5 Stars!

Rotten meat most visits, typically fish and chicken. We buy what looks good and is well within expiration date (a week or more away from the use by date) and when we get home and open the packages to separate the meat out and free it we get hit with rotten egg smells. Typically fish and chicken products. This has happened multiple times now. Just spoke to the fresh manager, Jason, wife is going up there tomorrow to get some sort of resolution. He said to ask to speak to him while she is there. I will update this review after that, but it is a huge bummer dealing with this when the entire reason we joined Sams club was for affordable bulk meat

Sam's Club was pleasant until checkout. We had a question about an item, but Nora was extremely rude. Being from San Angelo, we did not expect this, but Nora provided an unwelcoming and unfriendly experience. Please prioritize improving customer service over DEI initiatives.

Normally a good place to shop. Got frustrated today. I was doing a self-checkout and waited a fair length of time for somebody to approve the alcohol purchase. Had no less than seven employees walk past before that happened
