Was there for Pokemon day on February 27th at 8 am for the Pokemon prismatic bundles. Old lady that was handing out the little papers was very rude and harassing. She told the person ahead of me that it’s per membership and that as long as you had proof that you had 2 memberships you can take 4 and seemed cool with him. With me not so much… I pay for 2 memberships I think I deserve 2 memberships worth. Low and behold when I get there they only allow me 2 even though I provided literal proof they act like I’m showing them nothing and ignore me when the old lady herself said it was fine as long as you show proof. Tried out the delivery option for my last couple of purchase orders and I was incredibly disappointed. Produce that was chosen was awful quality, and the rotisserie chicken that was delivered around 7:30 pm had been processed at 8 am the same morning. Are delivery orders from this store just treated as a way to dispose of things people in store do not want to buy? I had to get refunded for multiple items which is frustrating because I was still left without the items I needed and I am sure all those refunds on my end make it look like I just want free things even though I was given literally inedible items. Your order pickers need to do a lot better. I do not want your end of the day trash that you couldn't sell and its honestly disgusting the items I was sent.

I've been coming here for the last few years and get the same items once per week. I use scan and go but don't worry I won't be back thanks to Valerie who felt the need to follow me around the entire time. I am NOT a thief and always pay for every single item! What is the point of having an app to checkout if the employees are just going to stalk me?? Since when does coming in the store and going to the alcohol first make me suspicious?? Well you can waste your time following other people now because I won't shop where I am treated like a criminal!

Where to begin. This location hasn't had their own Members Mark medium roast coffee in stock in probably a year. The shelves are all packed with Starbucks and nasty dunkin doughnuts flavored coffee. Yesterday, we couldn't buy milk because there was none. Instead, staff were packing expensive, unsold hams and briskets into the dairy section where milk should go. They wanted upwards of $150 for a cut of prime rib that looked like the butcher sat on it. $20 for a pack of pork steaks almost at it's throw out date! The staff are rude as hell. Some kid with a bunch of tattoos turned an isle into an industrial zone and chased us down with a forklift, barely keeping the red caution line at our heels until we were gone. We've been members of Sam's Club since 1992. This particular club has always had pretty much everything we want. Recommend them!
