Sam's Turf Care

I have been a customer of Sam's turf Care for about 3 or 4 years now and can say that I am pleased with their service. Each year, I receive comments from neighbors on how good the yard looks. Two of my neighbors ended their current services with their lawn company and switched over to Sam's Turf Care. Whenever I have questions and/or concerns, they are always responsive and able to provide assistance quickly. I highly recommend Sam's Turf Care and appreciate their service in keeping my yard healthy and green.

I recently had a bad experience with this company. I was not a customer, but my neighbor was. Sam's aerated my neighbor's yard, and in the process they crossed over the property line and accidentally damaged my underground dog fence. It was going to cost me $250 to get the fence fixed. I was upset. Sam's took over and communicated with the Underground Dog Fence company we use. They covered the cost to repair the damage, and on top of that offered some of their services to us to make up for the inconvenience they accidentally caused. Sam's went above and beyond to fix the damage they accidentally caused, and for that they have gained a client.

The people are very nice. However, I signed up for services to be performed every 6 weeks. They do their assessment and quote online without coming to the property and looking at the yard. So, when they came for the first application, they left without doing applying because THEY misquoted me by OVER $100 --I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued service. However, approximately every 3 weeks since April 30 I've had an application applied and been billed 3 x $144. And this last application was 2 in one and I was billed $243! I have massive weeds in the rear quarter of my property (which I specifically addressed with the office when starting service). I have burnt grass in the only area (middle backyard) that gets full midday sun which is caused by chemicals being applied when it

I bought a truck load of fire wood. This has been some of the best burning fire wood I’ve had. Burns clean and hot. The wood is split very well and in consistent sized pieces. Will be ordering more in the future.

Switched from TruGreen about 3 years ago and we've been very satisfied. Andrew has been extremely helpful with getting our yard under control with various different issues throughout the years, and has given us realistic expectations along the way. Joe is always great when he comes to service our irrigation system as well. Prices are reasonable, we've always called them for anything lawn & outdoor related. Highly recommend using their services!
