Best fuel place around! The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. The staff is not only good about communicating with the customers; they also communicate very well with their co-workers. They always go above and beyond to make sure that the customers are always happy and taken care of. Delivery service is TOP-NOTCH! Very quick and very reliable! We have used other companies in the past, however, I can honestly say that Sam’s is DEFINITELY the BEST fuel company we have ever had; in every aspect, from their customer service to their pricing.

Sam's is the BEST...!!! Due to being blonde...I ran out of fuel oil yesterday, called Sam's, and asked if they could deliver some fuel oil today, Saturday...The truck arrived at 8 am, put 200gallons into the tank and the driver re-started the furnace... I've been a customer of theirs for years and I highly recommend them...!!! Thank you, Sam's...!!!

They replaced my oil tank and saved me over $1,000 compared to my old oil company. They did such a great job I had them service my furnace (nice job with that.) and switched my fuel over to them. The techs were friendly and prompt. Great local family company.

I don't know what the reviewers who had a problem with Sam are talking about. I have NEVER had a problem with him, his staff, or his service in all the years I have been with him. He is a very easy going, friendly, and highly professional business man and he treats all his customers the same whether they are on Fuel Assistance or not. His service is very reliable and his trucks are there when he says they will be. Many people may also not know that he is a very generous person. He has donated thousands gallons of heating oil to the Catholic Church in Fair Haven (Seven Dolors) over the years as well as giving them discounted pricing and service. The pastor, Jim Lawrence has great respect and admiration for Sam.

Wish I had something good to say about their service but in this case I am completely done with them . I had a furnace issue at 6:00 pm and not once but twice they denied me after hours service when it was 13 degrees outside . I will be looking for a new fuel dealer after this and they shouldn’t say they offer after hours service when in fact they don’t . My money is just as good as the next person. Maybe if they cared about their customers more instead of brushing it off and just saying you can’t do it and you should Change get your machine for after hours calls saying we don’t do it sorry just freeze . So anyone who needs after hours service please don’t use Sams they don’t even stand by their work they even installed a brand new furnace last year nothing but problems .
