Had some water damage and termite risk. Juan came and redid the exterior wall, re stuccoed, painted, and also tiled an entire patio to prevent future damage, and replaced a French door flashing to prevent leaking. All for a similar price as was quoted by another for just the stucco. We’re super happy with how it turned out. I think that’s generally Juan’s vibe — he knows how to do the job the right way, which is less common these days. My only regret is that by posting this positive review he will be too busy to text me back when I have other minor projects. I feel like he could probably do a lot of general construction, even though I originally met him through a stucco need!

Working with Juan was an exceptionally positive experience from start to finish. Juan (and Martin and Gustavo) are skilled craftsmen. They were all hardworking, competent, and pleasant. We felt a commitment to quality work and results at a fair competitive price. They removed the stucco, redid the window flashing and waterproofing, then applied new stucco to one side of our house. They repaired the stucco as needed on the other sides and then painted the entire exterior. They also replaced a large stretch of interior drywall and repainted it along with adjacent window frames and baseboards. Noticed some stucco that was chipped and damaged, San Francisco Stucco Contractors were here same day and had our home repaired in just a few hours. Very professional and friendly to work with. Highly recommend.

Juan and team did a great job repairing some dry rot, replacing stucco, and skim coating the facade of our house. He was super focused on making sure we were happy with the finished product and took a lot of pride in his work. He was also helpful in suggesting some design finishes that gave our home a higher end look. 10/10 would recommend.

I own a house with textured stucco walls, and have been wanting to make it smooth. I had a small patching job, but Juan envisioned something more! He beautifully refreshed a small part of my stucco wall, making it an accent wall. Juan was friendly and professional, responding quickly.
