We are impressed by projects that Sanchez Construction has completed in our community. When we met Jesus Sanchez, owner, he listened to & answered questions about modernizing our courtyard gate. Jesus combined our vision with ours & explained the steps to complete the project. We felt comfortable about his proposal. We hired Sanchez Build & Renovation to remodel a very outdated public restroom at our facility. There was a severe amount of water damage in the walls requiring extensive remediation all the way back to the steel framing. Jesus Sanchez and his crew efficiently performed the additional work and replaced framing quickly that kept our project on schedule . As everyone is aware remodeling is risky and can be very expensive with unexpected events. Jesus is definitely the one you want working for you as he keeps your best interest a priority. He is professional and competent in all his work and his crew is also excellent with diligence and efficiency.
