Very shady people. Horrible to deal with and to get things done. I started a home construction project over a year ago and the house is still not complete. They never answer the phone when I call. They say one thing and do another. I am in the process of filing suit against Sanchez Enterprises and Jesus Falcon Sanchez, the owner. I will also be filing a formal complaint at Collier County and the DBPR of Florida. Do yourselves a huge favor and stay away from these guys.
