Sanchez Scam artists!!! Rented parking spaces from them in the city. They were forced to shut down the lot I had been renting in in the middle of the month. No notice, no phone call. Took the full amount of rent for the month they shut down AND the rent for the following month. After agreeing to return the money, they ghosted me and wouldnt take or return my calls. I went to their office and the owner, Tony Sanchez hid in his office while his secretary lied about him not being there. Theres plenty of honest businesses out there to use. avoid these guys at all costs.

I called Sanchez 3 weeks ago to get a estimate on repairing my driveway. I was told that some would come out and give me an estimate. I waited about a week and no one contacted me. I called back and was told that someone else would come out, I gave them all of my information to contact me and still no answer from anyone. I called today June 14 2017 and was put on hold, some how I was disconnected. The job that I need done my not be a big money job for this, but a least someone could return the phone call.

Sanchez sawing services just showed up and began sawing our street at 630 in the morning despite city ordinance that work shouldn’t begin before 8am. How inconsiderate can you be?
