I requested repair of a leaking skylight and Sanchez Roofing provided the fix. Felix replied quickly to my repair request and provided a reasonable estimate for the work. When the crew arrived, they meticulously re-caulked the skylights which has completely resolved the leak concern. My experience with Sanchez Roofing, from my initial call to providing an estimate to completion of project has been excellent. I would highly recommend them for any roofing related repair or replacement.

I hired Felix to do some remodeling inside my home along with siding repairs outside. His crew arrived on time every day and completed the work in a timely fashion. The remodeling involved cutting an opening in a load bearing wall and then installing barn doors. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship of the crew. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was complete. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Honesty. Quality. Efficiency are what you get with Sanchez Roofing. As before, the customer service and workmanship were outstanding. I cannot be more pleased with the outcome of my new roof and the efficiency of the crew who installed it. It took less than a day and a half, and I do not have a small house. In addition, I could not decide on whether to put the same brown roof back on or a black one. Mr. Sanchez recommended that the black would look better, and he was exactly right.
