Sanctuary Windows and Doors Hollywood

The installation team that worked on our Hollywood home was incredibly professional. They laid down protective coverings, measured everything carefully, removed old windows without leaving a mess, and even cleaned the glass before leaving the site. You could tell they take pride in their work.

Working With Sanctuary was/is promising so far, Alex was nice enough to walk me around their showroom demo (I came un-announced) and have me better understand the difference between impact products. After getting quotes from USA Windows & Doors and Prestige Windows & Doors I tried seeing what more of a small "Family Owned" (as all companies like to advertise) company would offer me. It was actually much more robust products + a cheaper subtotal, love it! I later on met Alex's son which was actually the person I've talked to on the phone previously, sweet kid with much more knowledge comparing folks from other companies (not hating)! After paying almost 6K (50% for the job upfront) 6 months later I received something completely different than the quality and design I ordered and agreed/signed for. However, I was forced to pay whatever the owner charged for..Definitely not a good experience with Sanctuary Windows Hollywood.

Was asked to pay $5500 Upfront to wait 6 months for installation just to get a COMPLETELY different product to what I ordered, Paid and agreed to, However had to pay whatever I was billed because this is how they operate….On top of it all It has been 2 Weeks AND counting waiting for a legally signed and notarized Lien Release, Definitely feel tricked by the “5 starts reviews” .

They were very professional and did a good job installing my windows and French door. The original installation of the door wasn't quite right, but they fixed it when the fault was noticed and made sure that it was corrected. It took a while to get the last couple of windows in stock thanks to the current situation of the country, but they were great with keeping me updated on the progress and making sure I wasn't forgotten. Very happy with the finished product!
