Sand Castle Construction & Hardscapes

We hired Ian to redo our front walkway and retaining wall after seeing pictures of his work. We are really blown away with how great it turned out and all of the extensive work put into the project. Ian was excellent at keeping me updated during the entire process. The whole crew was friendly and very hard-working. The job was not rushed and corners were not cut. There were some unavoidable delays in starting our job but once it started, the guys came each day for over a week until the job was done. Ian did a great job designing our walkway and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. We definitely recommend Ian and Sand Castle Construction and would hire them again.

This is the third time we have used Ian and Sandcastle for projects at our home. They have done our walkways and as well as a beautiful pool deck. Each time, Ian and his crew exceeded our expectations. The quality or their work and professionalism of his crew is fantastic. The jobs always start and finish on time and budget and come out beautifully. Ian is always available to answer any questions or concerns and is very quick to respond, and they always leave the property as they found it. Would highly recommend.

Sandcastle built a granite retaining wall with stairs and patio for us. Turned out beautiful and ties the Victorian era home to the new garage very well. Ian was very straightforward and easy to work with. Communication was great throughout the project. His crew does great work. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

Update 7/2/2024- Sandcastle appears to have now filed chapter 11 bankruptcy in NH court (Case # 1:24-bk-10460). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! **Read this review if you are considering any job with Sandcastle Construction & Hardscapes** Sandcastle is AWFUL. They are the WORST hardscape construction company I've **ever** dealt with. I hired Sandcastle to install a paver patio in our backyard, along with some masonry around my pool (coping, bull nosed pavers). They did many things completely wrong and/or didn't use best practices - as has been proven in the 10th circuit Hampton District court and a subsequent judgment against them. Ian and Sandcastle did an amazing job for us. They built our grill island exactly the way we wanted. Ian constantly kept us updated with the progress up until completion. A real professional job. I highly recommend them for your Hardscape needs. Nate Batchelder
