Sand and Springs Development is an excellent contractor/ developer. They offer a wide range of service beyond construction. From construction to internal design they are flexible and engaging. The quality of their work including that of the sub contractors is excellent. As the construction continued through the stages they kept up us up to date, called as required and sent photos, can’t ask for much more. The project manager for our casita is knowledgeable, engaging, focused on the task at hand and contacted as updates or guidance was needed. While we had a few change requests as we progressed it did not affect target dates. This is a well run company with many skills and expertise that will make your building experience enjoyable.
