Matt was incredible!! He fixed up my house, which I'm selling in Hiram. The work Matt did included painting the entire house, installing carpet, doing patchwork and drywall, fixing electrical and doing plumbing. He was VERY reasonable in his pricing and the work came out great as you can see. He was also super kind, trustworthy and transparent throughout the renovation process. My experience has been very positive. I 100% recommend him and would definitely hire him again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sanders Construction. After paying over $12,000 for services that were never completed, I discovered that he is unlicensed and operating illegally. Communication was virtually nonexistent; he became increasingly unresponsive, and his answers were vague and evasive whenever I reached out. His shady practices and outright theft have forced me to pursue legal action. I strongly advise anyone considering this contractor to think twice and avoid him at all costs!

I asked for a quote twice, and he didn’t show up at all on the first appointment and wasted my time. He called me back to schedule a second time, so I give him another chance but I was wrong. He never showed up.

I've had a water damage from previously leaky roof to my ceiling , which resulted in hole in it in one of rooms. Roof was fixed by different people before and now i had to find somebody to repair the ceiling. After some searches, I found Matthew Sanders. During initial conversation, he said, that he is booked ~ 3 weeks ahead and if I want him to do the job, I will have to wait. I decided to wait. And I am glad, I did ! He and his companion are high skilled professionals, who knows in all, even smallest details of what they are doing and what has to be done Quality of their work is exceptional and the price, we agreed upon is very reasonable.
