Sanders Heating & Cooling

Had my upstairs HVAC system replaced and am extremely satisfied. My wife and I agreed that it has been a long time since we had contract work done where we really felt like that was money well spent, but this project we keep talking about how pleased we are. Sanders didn't just replace the unit and call it a day, they made our system better. James noticed the trunks coming off the plenum were not set up well so they made improvements and it is noticeable in the how the air is dispersed. Our install team worked hard and did a great job! They ran into a tech issue because it was some new technology but were persistent to solve the issue.

Mike Firman did a phenomenal job on my unit and also a great job teaching me about how to be a better homeowner. He was completely honest about the work that needed to be done and even went further than needed to ensure that I was taken care of at the most reasonable price. He ended up saving be about $1,100 and now I am more informed as to prevent the issues that occurred with my unit. I would recommend Sanders and especially Mike for any type of HVAC work needed!

Thomas was awesome!! Very professional and knowledgeable about the install they were doing for us! Nailed it! And we have heat! If this HVAC unit was a was a car, it would be a corvette, thanks Thomas and crew! And Sanders Heating and Air!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience with Sanders Heating and Cooling, thanks to their technician Robert Rubio. He came out to diagnose an issue with our heating system that wasn’t switching on properly, and from start to finish his communication was fantastic. Robert was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He didn’t just fix the immediate problem—he took the time to explain what was going on, answered all of our questions, and brought important safety and environmental concerns with our system to our attention, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to find a technician who is this detailed and genuinely cares about doing the job the right way. We felt informed, safe, and confident in his work. This is a picture of the insulation in my crawlspace that Sanders "replaced". There's tears in the insulation, gaps, and tape falling off. Either it was a terrible job or, more than likely, nothing was done. Seems like they didn't expect me to actually go in the crawlspace and verify. Very dishonest and would not recommend. I paid for a service call where nothing was done other than give me a quote to replace the insulation on the line, and then paid for the actual replacement where clearly nothing was done. Response to Sanders comment: The estimate I agreed to was to "insulate lineset in crawlspace". As my photos show, the insulation on the lineset in my crawlspace is still falling apart and the line exposed in multiple places. Thus, the work was not complete. Sanders was unwilling issue
