Satisfied all around. Amana-Goodman products, great install, price was right - I didn't even shop around. They even registered the warranty for me because most people forget and only get five years instead of ten. That warranty registration issue is one of the main complaints with Goodman.
These guys are so close to my house that they could have walked over to do the repair. I called, within ten minutes two guys were at my door. Around ten minutes later, they had the diagnosis, and were able to respond and fix my furnace in about an hour. Good stuff

Called Sanders in the morning, they showed up promptly, diagnosed and repaired the furnace in less then 15 minutes. Highly recommended, professional service and knowledgeable service provider.
We wanted them to come out and look at our funice to see if it was safe to run as we have just moved in. He charged $ 30 for coming out. Did not even look at it. Told us not to trust it because of the age. So we asked him about our air conditioner/ heater. He said he knew nothing about my type of unit.
