Randy Kenny was at my house in less than 30 minutes from when I made the early morning call for help. He was extremely professional, kind and helpful which is exactly what I needed while not knowing what the problem was yet. He did a great job, kept me updated all throughout his process and gave me a confident assessment of what was wrong, what he did to fix it and left me feeling good about no major issues to come in the immediate future. I had a major leak and water damage to walls in my home. The Sanders team replaced damaged pipes and then they were able to rebuild the soffit and the wall that was damaged. They do it all! It’s like a one stop shop. They pride themselves in their craft. They were meticulous, and it showed with their attention to detail. I would highly recommend Sanders to all of my friends and family!

I’ve had a terrible experience trying to get an appliance and plumbing up to code. RANDY, Snyder plumber was here and did a tremendous job fixing water lines in several areas to code. Randy not only is an excellent plumber but he’s a great person who makes sure the client understands what he has done. This company I trust for great work, availability, and pricing.

I was having a heating issue and called Sanders, who was recommended by a friend. They sent a technician, Preston, to my home the next morning. Preston diagnosed the problem, and needed to order parts to complete the work. I was told he would be back Wednesday or Thursday. Within an hour I was contacted and told Preston would be back with the parts to finish the work. That’s great customer service! Preston was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. I highly recommend Sanders and Preston!
