We bought our house in 2017 and had a small leak develop over the winter, Sam was quick to respond, his rates were very reasonable and came in under his estimate. Again in 2018, we had some damage due to a windstorm and he assisted quickly and with outstanding quality (again the estimate). Most recently we were hit with a very bad hail storm. Sam and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job on our siding and roof replacement. They were all very courteous and respectful of our time and property. I have never had such an outstanding trustworthy contractor in my life! Sam is a solid Business owner, but best of all he is a Top Notch Human Being!! Thank you Sam and crew for all your hard work!

Have always been very pleased with the work Sam Sanders has done for us. We had bought a new house and after a few years the roof started to leak. Sanders had not installed the original roof but we called him because of previous work he had done for us. He showed up right away the next morning and fixed the leak, then pointed out another spot that needed attention. The rates were very reasonable and would recommend Sam to anyone.

I highly recommend Sanders Roofing... the roof had to be replaced due to all the hail damage in the area. A friend had recommended him to me (she used him years ago) and I know her expectations for quality service.... Sanders goes beyond what “normally is done”. I have listen to other friends that got their roof replaced due to this storm... and I am very pleased with my choice... it was finished back in June Trustworthy & honest... if something comes up (like weather) he kept me in the loop.

We had our roof and siding done by Sam and his crew. Nothing but great things to say about their work. I would highly recommend them!
