Sandlin Heating & Cooling

Highly recommend! I contacted Sandlin for a quote on a new furnace after getting the news from another company that my furnace was toast. On hearing my recounting of events, Jeff with Sandlin decided to get his tools instead and take a look. Turned out a replacement part was all that was needed, for less than $500 total, on Christmas Eve no less, my furnace was back to functional. Saving me the need to make a quick decision and spend 6K-8K on a new furnace before the next cold snap. Greatly appreciate the expertise and objective assessment!

We had our furnace make a loud Howler Monkey sound and called in someone we had used before and told us we needed a new furnace. I then called Sandlin for another opinion and Jeff came out and checked furnace out and explained why we needed an induction motor and not a new furnace. The difference was over $5000 in cost for us, He showed us why the heat exchanger was perfect and a video example of one that had gone bad. Easy to see the difference between the two and why a new furnace was not needed. We will only use Sandlin from now on, and going by our experience, it should be yours too for Heating and AC service or repairs. Peace of mind is amazing , no?

We started with a "Big Box" Commercial Service when we first moved in and quickly got a second opinion after they recommend we replace our current system. Sandlin Heating and Cooling was my second opinion and I've used Sandlin Heating and Cooling ever since, 12 years ago, and they have never tried to push a new system on me and have always repaired our problems (Our system is ~25 years old). Just a great company that truly cares about what they do and provide a top-notch service and experience. Update...in ~2023, Sandlin H&C recommended a new furnace, quoted me a price, and honored the price after 2024 rolled in and worked with me to time the replacement so that it would not be an inconvenience for us.

My family has used Sandlin for generations. They are always professional and trustworthy. With all the large corporations out there it is great there are still family owned businesses. Would highly recommend.

Jeff came out on a very frigid Saturday when my heat was out. He explained everything he was doing so I could understand and fixed our heat issue. I highly recommend him! He is our go to for any heating or air issues from now on.
