By far the worst experience. 7am turned into 9:30am. Guys reeked of Marijuana. Witnessed one of them snorting pills. They destroyed mine and my neighbors lot. Backed into my mailbox. Damaged my water line. Flooded the street. We had to hire another company to repair and complete the job.
Sandman Sitework LLC was very honest that DR Horton does not share all of the facts when performing a site assessment. In our case, for D.R. Horton they assessed that work (a fence) done at the neighbors house was the cause of the issue. This is despite the evidence of the issue being caused prior to any work. D.R. Horton delayed... and delayed... and delayed for more than a year to resolve the issue. Attached are pictures of the drainage failure and also ... no fence.
Puddles of water with water back flowing onto lanai and front door way this company refuses to respond and honor warranty dont trust your home to them
