Darin was very polite and professional. He did a thorough overview of my equipment to make certain the units were working efficiently and answered all my questions. I might suggest that the techs show customers what parts they replaced and discuss costs so the customer is not caught off-guard. Otherwise, excellent service!

Trevor was the service Tech that came to visit me today. He came to install a new heating element in my HVAC unit that was previously determined to be only partially working by another service Tech.. It would have cost me over 600.00. When Trevor arrived, he checked the system again, determined that the initial diagnosis was incorrect and the the heating element was in fact still working. I appreciated his honesty and integrity which reflects back to Sandpiper. Sandpiper is lucky to have a well trained and experienced HVAC service technician like Trevor.
