Ryan was amazing to deal with, super thorough and very helpful. He explained our options. He could have pushed services on us that we didn’t need, but he was honest about our issue. We were treated with the highest level of service from the first phone call. T.J. was our technician and he was very professional and super courteous as well. He took the time to explain all of the things he would be doing. Our experience felt like Sandpiper went out of their way to treat us like family!

I wanted to check in and say how impressed I was with Kristina who came in to help with a cockroach & ghost ant growing infestation in our 3 bedroom home. Her professionalism & knowledge was remarkable and she coached us on the cycles of both pests. She discovered the two areas of my home that were the hot spots for ingress and worked around me in other areas to allow me to clear those spots. She also helped with information & finding the area of ingress for a developing rodent issue in my laundry room. Kristina was patient & personable. We are very happy with our decision to hire Sandpiper!!!
