Our original well became unusable, requiring us to have to get a new well drilled & Sandpoint Pump & Power quickly came & installed our new pump system, so we would have running water again quickly. Jeff came out after hours on a weekend night with short notice and helped diagnose our well. He pulled up all 275'+ of pipe quickly in an hour and a half and he didn't try to upsell us on a new pump even though our pump was 17 years old. He found where the wiring was frayed and shorting out and he gave us options and he replaced the faulty wiring and got our water back up in only a few hours. Probably the best company I have worked with in North Idaho. I highly recommend these guys. They are honest, speedy and do quality work. Sandpoint Pump and Power performed above and beyond our expectations. Our well pump failed after 45 years, it was a weekend AND the location of our well was extremely difficult to access. Nonetheless they found a way to get to the pump, replaced it quickly and at what I consider a very fair price A friend nearby also had an excellent experience with them I cannot recommend them enough
