Sandy Springs Locksmith

Had a fantastic experience here today. I had called 10+ local locksmiths to get a duplicate made of my motorcycle key. All of them said they couldn't do it, even though I had the original and a blank. I rolled up to Sandy Spring Locksmith and they had it done in 15 minutes for $45. Isaac and Matt helped me and were fantastic. Outstanding service and quality, especially for the price. I'm never going anywhere else for a key copy.

Bait and switch. Quoted $35 + $65 for Nissan fob and programming. I arrived at the shop about 20 minutes later. Told me he would have to order the fob and it would cost $90. When challenged I was told that was the best price he couild offer. I paid the $90 and was told to return for programming. When I took my $90 fob for programming they charged $65 for programming. A total of $135 vs $100 quoted on the phone. While I waited for the programming the employees were openly chatting about how dumb some of the people who called in for a quote were. One person called in about an electronic door lock and was told to order the lock from Amazon. Is this any way to run a business?

It appears that mine is in a long list of great experiences with this shop. My battery was indicating low on my Lexus FOB when I was in the Whole Foods parking lot. I had a long drive and popped into this place right next door. The dude at the counter couldn't have been more pleasant and had my battery replaced in less than 5 minutes. Many thanks!!

I needed a key copied for a classic car. I called several locksmiths closer to my home who all refused the work. Finally one of them suggested the guys at Sandy Springs. The new key works great and the fee was $3.. cheapest thing I've ever bought for this car!

What I thought would take an hour took only minutes. Friendly, cordial and competent people. It isn't often you find all those traits together in one group of people.
