I had Sanel's Home Services come out and transform my front walk-up/entrance area, as well as replace all of the decking on the back side, walk-out deck. From beginning to end, Sanel was fabulous to work with. He constantly updated me on schedules, material availability, and costs. He even put up with changes in direction and entire material changes. I'm going to have him out again when the time comes to tie the entire vision together in the front of the house. Unfortunately I have no before pictures of the rear, but I have included the transformation he made to my home in the front!

Do not use this contractor!! Trust me when I say he is as unethical as they come. He will take your money upfront and either you won’t see him again, or he won’t complete the work. We hired him to do both a very large and a separate small project in our yard. He started the large project, but only finished about 35% of it. He took all of our money and never came back. With regards to the separate small project, he took our money and never completed any of the work, nor purchase materials for the job. I want to prevent you from making the same mistake. I’m not talking hundreds of dollars here but rather thousands. I chose Sanel's services because of the ratings on Google. Hired to do work I cannot do, they were to pressure wash, sand and paint my deck, weed and mulch several flower beds, Repair pillar bases and paint pillars, cut down a limb on a tree, take apart and clean out a small raised flower garden that had turned to weeds, and trim some bushes. They did not complete one thing that they started, didn't clean up hardly anything that they did do, They painted the deck without sanding and right before it rained so the paint bubbled, got paint on my brick porch, my gazebo and my house being careless, They fake repaired the pillars and then painted over so I wouldn't know, they put a chemical on my brick on the whole porch that still has not come off after several rains, and cut a branch off a t

Sanel and his staff did an excellent job of the many home improvements we requested. Putting up window trim, repairing an area of drywall, painting our front door and garage door, and outside caulking.. Sanel and his staff were professional, courteous, and picked up after themselves..
