Sanitary Septic & Excavation

Dalton and his team did an excellent job installing our new septic system. Dalton went above and beyond by ensuring we were scheduled before the winter weather, which helped prevent any delays in our home construction. I would highly recommend their services; they demonstrated excellent communication, punctuality, and reliability, completing all tasks as promised. Finding dependable subcontractors can be challenging, but Sanitary Septic & Excavation exceeded our expectations.

We had a septic back up a year ago and had another company come to repair our leach line. They completely misdiagnosed the issue and we paid for a costly repair that was not needed. We noticed a problem after the rain this spring and were referred to Dalton at Sanitary Septic. Wow what a difference, he knew right away what the issue was and came out the following Monday, had it repaired in 1/2 a day. They did have to do some excavation to make the repairs but he did a fabulous job back filling and leveling the ground. The crew was great and they were very knowledgeable. Call them before you commit to another company!! I wish I could give them a 10 a 5 does not do justice.

Five stars doesn't seem adequate - I can't say enough about Dalton and his team. He treated me like a customer before I was officially a customer, from the first phone call, patiently and thoroughly answering all my questions during the design process, and through the installation. His equipment recommendations yielded significant cost savings for us, and we had a fully functioning new system in just 3 days. Getting this done in Hamilton County is notoriously arduous, but Dalton's good relationships with all the connected offices made everything come together seamlessly. This crew are top notch, courteous professionals, and Golda in the office is just the nicest person ever. If you need a new system installed, don't waste your time calling around. Just get these folks on the job!

I went outside on a Sunday morning and found that our sewer pipe that runs to our septic was busted off at our foundation due to our yard shifting so everything was draining into our yard. I called Dalton and he came out straight away to check it out. Within an hour or so of him checking out our problem, he was back with his equipment and crew to start the job. He fixed all of our problems within a few hours!! I never thought that someone would come out on a Sunday to look at our problem let alone have the issue resolved that day!! My brother in-law had his entire septic system replaced by Dalton and his crew so that's how I found them. I would give 10 stars if possible! Very happy I called him and I promise you won't regret using them for any of your problems!!

Dalton came out the very same day we contacted him to assess the situation. This was a day that he wasn't working or having his crew work due to the cold temperatures. He came out the next day to make repairs and was on time. He communicated quickly to answer any question as well. After multiple attempts to fix the backflow of sewage by other companies, Dalton was able to remedy the problem and everything is working properly now. Highly recommend!
