I found the whole process professional & convenient. I was able to get a quote & schedule my service quickly. I was amazed with the results. My carpets & upholstery look bright & smell fresh. I would highly recommend SANO for an inexpensive home improvement.

Very pleased with my experience with Sano-Steam. Although we only have one small carpeted area, it was long overdue for a cleaning. Jared did a great job on it and also took care of 4 Parsons dining chairs which were so bad-we were contemplating reupholstering them. Sano-Steam put me on the schedule very quickly & communicated prior to & after the process. Finally, the price was very reasonable and the support staff in the office was super friendly.

Against my better judgement I agreed to schedule a duct cleaning on Christmas Eve. The 2 man team arrived on time at 8am and were done by 9:40. They were nice enough and even waited while I purchased new filters for the exchange. Once they left I walked around and realized they completely missed cleaning an exchange in the primary bedroom. I texted them and called Teresa at Sano Steam and agreed for them to return Tuesday. I received a text message that said, That return is connected to the return in the hallway so it doesn’t need to be fogged with the anti microbial solution, it’s the same ductwork. Y’all did it again!! I’ve been using Sano for years now. We have used other companies and there is no comparison🙌🏼 Teresa Is the absolute best!! She fit me in at the last minute and Shane did an amazing job!! He was professional and courteous!! Thank you once again Teresa!! And Shane, thank you for working diligently on that rough carpet lol. We will only use Sano!!
