Tom was amazing! We have old beige carpet...with three little boys and a large lab. I never thought he would be able to remove all the dirt and dark spots they have made. They all came up and the light carpet has never looked better! Such a nice guy and very professional. I would recommend to anyone in the area! Thank you Tom! Amazing work! Just had an excellent experience with SB Carpet cleaning! And they do more than just carpet! I hired Tom to steam clean my “new” hand me down couch from my mom. He did a beautiful job and took care of my area rug while he was here. Francesca did my scheduling and was very kind when I had to reschedule my appt not once but TWICE because of a flaky couch delivery guy. Tom came on a Sunday morning and was here for just under an hour and a half. He was on time, friendly, wore a mask, and made sure to leave my hardwood floors nice and clean upon his departure. My couch and rug look great! 10/10 would hire again. They were professional from start to finish and their prices are reasonable for the high quality services they provide.

Tom did a beautiful job cleaning our carpets, and his price is very reasonable! He is courteous, on time, and thorough. He gave extra attention to problem areas in entry ways too. We have used other companies, and he is the best.

So very disappointed with this company. I was scheduled to have my carpets cleaned today, December 20th, they never showed. Later in the day they texted and rescheduled for 12/23, then 10 minutes later they texted back and said they don’t serve this area, although their website says they serve Santa Barbara county. We are in the mountains. They apologized and wished me a Merry Christmas. They will not honor their commitment, nor will they call back.

Obviously, the other 20+ reviews are reflective of Santa Barbara Carpet Cleaning. Hands down this group is the best carpet cleaning service I have contracted in Santa Barbara. I called on Monday afternoon and my carpets were cleaned by 12:30 PM the next day. Also, they have the most competitive pricing for two 13x13 bedrooms ($145). From the folks answering the phone and scheduling my appointment, to the friendly tech who did a thorough job going above and beyond removing old paint stains, I greatly appreciate the service.
