We hired this company to control a rat problem - they made multiple trips to set traps - however we experienced an explosion of rats over the Thanksgiving weekend. The request for another visit on Friday the day after Thanksgiving 11/28/2025 resulted in no response from the company until Monday 12/1/2025. My husband is undergoing cancer treatment & has had to spend an an inordinate amount of time addressing this problem. It has been an unfortunate issue with this pest control company & we have discontinued their services.

Wonderful family-owned company. They are always on time, always polite and super helpful. They take the time to explain things, and go out of their way to help. We are a customer for life!

These folks are the best! Super nice and super efficient they take time to explain the problem and what can realistically be done about it. Gophers are here to stay, rats and ants are not.
