Santa Barbara Plumbing Supplies

I went to Santa Barbara Plumbing today to look for bathroom fixtures. The pleasant young man at the front desk referred me to the showroom. On my way back to the showroom I passed two employees going toward the front of the store. They stood at the front desk talking, apparently about a client who had yet to make selections. I did not hover, but waited within sight for 10 minutes, When no one engaged me in any way, not even to say they would be with me as soon as they could, I left. Ferguson Home was my next stop where my experience was completely different. I was greeted warmly and referred to a sales person who promptly helped me. Needless to say, I will be giving my business to Ferguson.

We are super fortunate to have this store in town. We really are! Been going there for years. These guys are very knowledgeable. They have a great in- stock supply of high end fixture and basic repair parts. If not they can pretty much order whatever you need. Ask for Jason, he is a guru when it comes to past and current high end kitchen/Bath plumbing fixtures.

I worked with Jason and must say after experience in Ferguson what a difference. As a woman shopper in manly department I was treated with inattentiveness in several places. I like how Jason treated me as regular customer who wants to purchase great products and have some concerns about how to pick from many choices. Jason provided great customer service, was patient and answered all questions, followed up and is knowledgeable. It was truly pleasure working him!

This place is rude was treated like i couldn't afford anything or i didnt have a knowledge of what i was looking for guy was short with me didn't want to even come close to helping me and best he could say was oh you would have to bring it in so i could match it up when i asked him to see parts he immediately said that part was like way more expensive than my sink and said it was a hundred bucks for a faucet cartridge and wouldn't fit my sink like seriously dude... This place is a good example of bad customer service id rather drive farther away from here than ever come back here again

I normally go to Fergasons down in LA. But when am in Santa Barbara I go here. Prices are better, consistant. Staff helpful. Last time I was there I started getting fittings, one of the employees asked me if I was buying pipe also. When I paid for my stuff, the pipe was already on my truck. Great place for the professional. They were quick to get me out and on my way.
